Free shipping is automatically applied to orders over €60.00 including VAT.

Shipping generally takes 1 to 5 working days depending on the destination of the package; Estimated delivery times are indicative and start from the shipping date. HODIE is not responsible for delays due to customs procedures at the destination.

All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with HODIE and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons that depend on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, wrong telephone number, etc.) and if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping costs and any additional costs (changes of address shipping) will be charged to the customer or will be deducted directly from the refund due to the customer.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If the Customer decides to make an exchange and requests the replacement of the item with another of the same or different characteristics, he or she must contact Customer Service.

This right can be exercised within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product.

The right of return and exchange is valid only for purchases made on www.hodiejewels.com.

If the product was purchased from a retailer you must return it to the retailer. The products must be in the original box.

The exchange or replacement policy is not applicable to personalized items.
